To ensure everyone is on the same page please read our terms and conditions listed below before zap cleaning arrive at your property. If you have any questions then please contact us.

Our standard End of Tenancy Cleaning Service does not include cleaning of curtains, , external windows, carpets or upholstery. Neither does it include; washing up, laundering or rubbish removal. Should any of these additional services be required, please notify us so we can quote accordingly. Please note our End of Tenancy Cleaning does not include the exterior areas of the property; such as gardens, sheds, patios, balconies or garages.

1. To ensure an accurate quote, please provide an honest description of the property and highlight any areas of concern or particularly soiled areas.

2. We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation and price, should your original requirements change, or upon an inspection be found to be inadequate or false

2. The customer will make every effort to assist the cleaning process by ensuring fridge freezers are fully defrosted, rubbish has been cleared. The property should also have a supply of hot water available.

3. Although every effort will be made to ensure every aspect of the property is left gleaming, if a property is old or has not been maintained we unfortunately will not be held liable for areas that cannot be cleaned using tradition cleaning methods and products

4. Whilst cleaning a property we may be able remove some stains but any prexisting damages,stains or burns etc to the property remain the responsibilty of the customer and zap cleaning take no responsibilty for ensuring the removal or repair of such damages.

5. Any service “guarantee” that applies to our end of tenancy service shall not be valid in instances where the tenant has not fully moved out of the premises. Its generally expected that you should have vacated the property by the time the cleaning team arrive.

6. If your property has parking restrictions it is solely your responsibility to provide a valid parking permit, we may not be able to carry out the service if this is not available.

7. When the service is completed you are encouraged to the check the property and ensure you are happy. If you feel anything requires more work please tell the operative and they will revisit this for you within reason.
Our end of tenancy service “Guarantee” is to be used solely for the purpose of cleaning touch ups and revisiting any areas the agency feel need more work. This policy becomes void under the following circumstances

a. Agency viewings have taken place.

b. Property repairs , maintenance , painting or decoration has been carried out.

c. More than 48 hours have passed since the initial cleaning was carried out.

8. Payment for the service is due imediately by Cash, or Bank transfer before the operatives leave the property. If the customer will not be attending the property for any reason payment should be made before 8pm on the day before.
