We are a cleaning company, not a maid service
There is a meaningful difference. We clean ovens, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, carpets and surfaces. We do not iron, make beds or load dishwashers. We believe being clear about this upfront saves everyone time.
We select our regular clients carefully
For regular domestic cleaning, we operate a client approval process. This is not to be difficult — it is because we maintain high standards and a consistent relationship only works when both sides are the right fit.
We price transparently
Guide prices are on our website. Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking based on full property details. We do not start work then reveal extra charges. Everything is agreed upfront.
We are honest about limitations
If an oven is exceptionally soiled and requires the specialist service rather than a standard clean, we will tell you before we start. If an area isn't included in a service, we say so clearly.
