Booking
Confirmed in writing. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking. Book as early as possible to secure your date.
Property Must Be Empty
All furniture, belongings and rubbish must be removed before we commence, unless specifically agreed at the time of booking. If the property is not clear, we reserve the right to adjust the price or reschedule.
Guide Prices
All prices quoted online and verbally are guide prices based on standard properties in reasonable condition. The final price is agreed after full property specification is confirmed. Additional charges for heavily soiled areas, extra rooms or add-on services are communicated and agreed before work begins.
Our Re-Clean Guarantee
Zap Cleaning stands behind the quality of every end of tenancy clean we carry out. If, following completion, the property does not meet the required standard in areas that were within the original agreed scope, we will return to address those issues at no additional charge — provided the conditions below are met.
- You notify us in writing (WhatsApp or email) within 48 hours of completion
- The property has not been accessed for any viewing, maintenance, trade work, painting, decorating, plumbing, electrical work or any other activity since the clean was completed
- The concern relates to an area or item within the original agreed scope of the clean
- Environmental elements — airborne dust particles, individual stray hairs, and naturally occurring debris that settles after a clean are impossible to permanently eliminate and do not constitute a missed clean
- Post-clean activity — any soiling, damage or deterioration caused by viewings, trades, maintenance or other activity carried out after completion
- Out-of-scope areas — garages, sheds, conservatories, balconies, gardens and any area not included in the original agreed clean
- Carpet staining — professional carpet cleaning is a separate service; standard vacuuming is included
- Pre-existing conditions — permanent staining, damage or deterioration beyond the reach of professional cleaning
This guarantee reflects our confidence in the standard of work we deliver. It is not intended as a mechanism to obtain additional cleaning following third-party works, and Zap Cleaning reserves the right to decline a re-clean where, in our reasonable judgement, the conditions above have not been met. No deposit-return guarantee is offered or implied — the outcome of a landlord or letting agent inspection depends on factors outside our control.
Oven Cleaning
A professional oven clean using our dip-tank system is included as standard in every end of tenancy clean. For ovens that are exceptionally heavily soiled beyond normal cleaning, additional time may be required and will be agreed on arrival.
Carpets
Hoovering is included. Professional hot water extraction carpet cleaning is a separate add-on and is not included unless stated.
